JEFF PALLISER

Jeff "Lil Vicious" Palliser is no stranger to powerlifting. He competes in the 165lb weight class where he feels right at home. He competed all through high school before taking a break to pursue his dream as a hockey player. Shortly after hurricane Katrina, Jeff met Jake Impastato in Baton Rouge and the rest is history. Soon after Jeff competed in the USAPL Louisiana State Powerlifting and Mississippi State Championships where he placed 1st. Since then he has also competed in several state level powerlifting championships. He recently competed at the 1st Annual USAPL RAW National Powerlifting Championships and Clash for Cash in New Orleans where he placed second in both. With hard work and determination the sky is the limit for this young lifter.
